“Over the past few years I’ve enjoyed performing a diverse range of operatic roles and particularly love bringing complex and socially challenging stories and characters to life on stage. I recently directed, abridged and performed in a production of Mozart’s Idomeneo, which gave me new insight into creating opera. Alongside opera, I enjoy performing song repertoire and crafting thoughtful recital programmes. A recent highlight has been singing Strauss’ Vier letzte Lieder.
Outside of opera, I enjoy long walks and as I grew up in Jersey, sea swimming. I’ve also worked as a wedding and portrait photographer and it’s been rewarding to run a business. I also love writing songs and playing piano, keeping music as a creative hobby alongside my career.”
