“I am a British tenor studying at the Royal Northern College of Music with Andrew Heggie. I began singing as a chorister at seven and later served as head chorister at Radley College, performing in cathedrals across England. After time with my local rugby club, Gloucester Academy, and leading roles in Oxfordshire Youth Musical Theatre, I decided to pursue opera professionally. After performing roles at the RNCM, I now aspire to perform Cavaradossi and Rodolfo.
I grew up in Abingdon with a very musical family. Unfortunately—or fortunately—I didn’t inherit strong academic genes. I never enjoyed performing music for others, though I loved playing sports and thrived with an audience. I once dreamed of playing rock guitar.”
