“I work as both a pianist and stage director, and I’m particularly interested in how music and storytelling interact on stage. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between conservatoire and professional life by creating opportunities where emerging artists can gain real, paid experience. I founded my own opera company to support this. I also love finding connections between different stories, characters and ideas, weaving them together to create new ways of experiencing opera and making it approachable.
I grew up as a competitive gymnast and planned to become a doctor. I love running whenever I can, and my two cats! (Moth and Malcolm). I also love to travel and am often found with an iced beverage!”
