“I am a British conductor and recent First Prize winner of the Koussevitzky and International Athens Conducting Competitions. Having trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the Royal Academy of Music, I have worked as a guest conductor with leading orchestras across the UK and Europe. Opera forms a central strand of my work, collaborating regularly with companies including Grange Park Opera and Hampstead Garden Opera. I am also a semi-finalist in the upcoming Hallé-Siemens and Gustav Mahler Competitions.
I grew up in a small town just outside of Cambridge. I started my life with the aim of becoming a professional harpist, until I became more interested in conducting during my late teens. Outside of music, I love to host and cook overly ambitious meals for loved ones!”
