“Alongside my studies in Birmingham, I have performed as a soloist for a number of choral societies, built up my piano and voice lessons business, teach singing in a primary school, usher in a theatre and work for Birmingham Opera Company as a chorus mentor and soloist for their outreach projects. Now at the end of my studies I would like to build up my professional operatic and song recital opportunities around the UK, whilst balancing my portfolio career.
I’m from Musselburgh, Scotland where I grew up in a musical family. My dad taught me piano from age 7 and I began singing lessons with Fiona Mitchell a few years later. I also have a dance training background taking ballet, jazz, hip-hop and Irish dancing classes from age 3.”
