“I am a bass training with Graeme Broadbent at the Royal College of Music, supported by the Munster Trust and David W Patterson scholarship. Last summer I sang Masetto and Commendatore at the Da Ponte Festival in Italy, and in the Glyndebourne chorus for Parsifal and Il Barbiere di Siviglia, and solo debut as the Official. Other roles include Colline and Gremin, as well as Parson/Badger (Cunning Little Vixen) and Bartolo (Le Nozze di Figaro) in RCM productions.
I grew up In Rutland, the smallest county in the UK. I studied Classical Archaeology Ancient History at Oxford University before pursuing a career in opera. In my spare time I am a sculptor, rugby player and rock climber.”
