“I began my music career playing the guitar at seven years old and whilst singing along to this, I discovered my vocal abilities. Whilst receiving singing lessons I also played flute and harp but decided to solely focus on my singing in higher education. It was here I fell in love with opera whilst being a member of the opera society. After university, I moved back to the North West and have become a peripatetic vocal teacher in secondary schools.
Being brought up on a farm in the lake district, I am a keen walker and adore walking my dog around the South Lakes. I am also a keen hobby baker and love to provide both family and friends with edible sweet treats!”
