“I am a baritone originally from Cambridge and am studying under Quentin Hayes. I first discovered opera at university when a friend asked if I would audition for the chorus of ‘Iolanthe’. From there I fell completely in love with the art form, and always love exploring new roles and styles. I am also a fan of English art song and Baroque music, and am passionate about education, having worked in schools and music services over the last few years.
I grew up in a small village called Reach near Cambridge, before moving to Durham for university. There I graduated with a degree in Classics, driven largely by a love of literature and linguistics which continues to this day. I am also a keen walker and cinephile.”
