Head of Individual Giving
We’re looking for an experienced fundraiser to manage and grow BYO’s base of supporters. As head of individual giving you’ll be responsible for finding, cultivating, and upgrading donors through campaigns, events, stewardship and personal engagement.

Job type: permanent, full time (40 hours a week), including occasional evenings and weekends, although we’re open to part-time and flexible working
Location: hybrid – mostly remote but with regular meetings and attendance at sessions in London
Reports to: chief executive
Start date: as soon as possible
Salary: £38,000 / year
Probation: 6 months
