Here’s some exciting news about our 2021 summer season
The team at Opera Holland Park, London’s biggest summer opera festival, have offered their theatre to us for performances in August and we’re pleased to say that we said yes. It’s a temporary covered venue in Kensington’s Holland Park and perfect for our shows this summer.
There are loads of advantages to going to Opera Holland Park – it’s a famous international stage for one. And it’s still not clear when indoor theatres will be able to open again, so an outdoor venue is key to being able to go ahead this summer. With some complicated planning, logistics and proper social distancing, we’re hoping that we’ll be able to pull it off.
Auditions are happening right now (we’re doing them via video this year), so we’re not quite ready to announce what we’ll be performing, but we’re glad that we know where we’ll be doing it. Sign up using the form below to get more details when we know them.
2021 is going to be a funny old year again, but this little bit of news shows that there is some hope on the horizon.
