Performance Supporters and Adopt a Singer supporters make significant contributions to British Youth Opera's Summer Season of between £1,000 and £5,000. Supporters receive invitations to meet the singers at rehearsals, complimentary tickets to performances and private receptions with the casts and creative teams.

Sponsorship Opportunities include:
Sponsor a Season
Headline sponsorship of a Season of productions at the Peacock Theatre (usually five performances of two operas and two cover performances) can be obtained for a donation of £25,000. From the moment you commit to such sponsorship your generosity will be acknowledged, where relevant and appropriate, in printed and online material whenever the Season is mentioned. We will agree a form of wording with you and also a media / PR strategy to promote the sponsorship should that be required. We will discuss the allocation of complimentary tickets and hospitality opportunities, access to rehearsals and to members of the company and creative teams, and other benefits.
Sponsor a production
Sponsorship of a production will be recognised every time the production is referred to in print or on line and again we will be pleased to discuss PR opportunities as well as the allocation of tickets and hospitality. By arrangement, you will be welcome to attend rehearsals, and we will organise for you to meet the cast and creative team.
Sponsor a performance
Some supporters greatly enjoy sponsoring a single performance of an opera, a performance with which their name can be associated and to which the sponsor can invite guests. Details will be agreed and every effort made to meet your needs.
Sponsor the printed programme
The printed programme is offered free of charge to audiences. This enables the opera professionals, who visit the productions, and the general public, to read fully about the singers, their achievements, and BYO in general. The programme is then used throughout the year as an important promotional tool when seeking support, or simply to spread the word about the company. Your support would be prominently recognised on the front cover of the publication and in editorial within it. If appropriate we would also offer the full back page for you to use as you wish (i.e. advertising, promotion of other activities, a goodwill message for BYO etc).
Adopt a Singer
For some years the ‘Adopt a Singer’ programme has proved immensely popular. This is an opportunity to support an individual performer and follow their progress through the process of creating their role and performing it at the Peacock Theatre. You will receive updates from your ‘adoptee’ and be invited to meet them at rehearsals which, by arrangement, you will be welcome to observe. You will then be offered two complimentary tickets for a performance at the Peacock where you will again have the opportunity to meet your singer and hopefully some of their colleagues. Your generosity will also be recognised in our season programme, on BYO’s website and in other publications.
Adopt a Trainee
For those interested in other aspects of production there is also the opportunity to adopt a trainee conductor, director, designer or member of any of the other backstage disciplines.
